$1,500 Pompe Support Grant
A Pompe diagnosis can bring immense fear and uncertainty for a family, including the financial strain and hardship of medical bills and expenses related to a child’s care. Grant’s Giants has established a Monthly Grant Program to help ease this burden by providing a one-time grant of $1,500 to eligible families. This Grant is intended to be used for medical expenses not covered by insurance, therapies not covered by insurance, medical equipment not covered by insurance, and transportation costs to travel to appointments.

We are proud to offer 12 Grants each year to support 12 eligible families. Applications are reviewed monthly with recipients selected by the Grant’s Giants Board of Directors. We encourage all eligible families to apply for this opportunity. If you are not sure whether your specific need falls into one of the intended use categories, please reach out before submitting your application.
If selected, you may be asked to provide additional details to ensure your family’s eligibility. If your application is not selected that month, it will automatically be entered into the next month’s review cycle.​​

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have a documented Pompe diagnosis verified by a doctor or other professional healthcare provider. Must be undergoing enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) as part of treatment plan.

Individual affected by Pompe disease must be 18 years of age or younger at the time of application.

Applicant must be a resident of the United States.

Applicant may not be an immediate family member of the Grant’s Giants Board of Directors.

Applicant may not have previously received a Monthly Grant from Grant’s Giants.
